Perhaps all should take the time to read the announcement from the SEC ....it CLEARLY states that they have questions ( in my english class..when plural, it means more than ONE question..)...and they also mention the words... amongst other things ( so, they are NOT simply investigating the divi issue...they are investigating also OTHER THINGS ..)

The Commission’s investigation in this matter is ongoing.

The SEC has questions and they mentioned just two questions amongst other things that they will look at. So they could be looking at a lot of things.
