Chuckerfmfla, I'm not sure what you mean by "FORMULA". If you only own BNPD shares, and 0 shares of BEHL upon the split date(12/17/10), obviously you won't have 1 for 10 shares converted over to BNPD because you never owned any BEHL shares to begin with.

What this all mean is that people better start buying as many shares of BEHL as possible if they want those free shares of BNPD.

I personally believe this is just a way for both BNPD and BEHL to "corner the market": they are trying to lure desperate share buyers into buying these stocks, promising big returns, in-order to raise capital.

None of what I previously stated have been proven right or wrong. It's all only my opinion.
