First and foremost:
When I say "you" in this rant, it's no one specific, unless when mentioning the previous post...it's the frustration/emotion talking.
That's all. Nothing more.
I made my bed...you know the rest. There have been some who I greatly appreciate answering my questions..you know who you are, and I thank you very much for taking the time.

I'm not here to make waves.

So, being the noob, and worse, the noob that is still holding this thing...though I have now decided to set stops...

How, may I ask, is this not breaking some sort of law?

Obviously, you gave no specifics...just a general "news is coming..." which we've heard several times, and has had no effect...which sends up a flag, to me, anyway. Not only that, but the "I'll pickup 5m more shares next week..." and the "he wants me to call back for more exciting news"... That just seems like overkill to me. Trying too hard to promote it...when it should be able to stand on its' own merits.

This is very similar to the KATX board and certain folks talking to the owners and such. Except their price actually moves and transactions take place.
And yes, I got in it because of the PR hype and the cheap price and the "potential" it had, and neglected to check current items such as financial statements and such...much like most noobs I'd imagine. Shame on me.

But it seems to me that if Mr Parent discussed ANYTHING that could be even remotely tied to stock price, such as info coming out or that financing is ahead of schedule..and then it was posted on a forum specifically set for that stock, that there would be serious implications, not to mention suspicions raised. Or is that just for the regulated folks??

I hear it's truly the wild wild west in OTC land..maybe it doesn't matter...maybe it's common place. I don't know.

I'm not saying you didn't speak to him..not at all. I think it's very cool you called him, in fact.
But be that as it may, certain things are still skated...no REAL answers. Sure, I can understand them not tipping their hat early...but that poses the question, if it's so good with such potential, why no interest? I know, financing and getting things in order...fine. That takes time. But if Mr Parent has this so called rep, and there is minimal interest judging by price movement, that sends up yet another flag. Too many shares out there, not enough interest.

I, again being a noob, am just a little curious how the stock sells off a ton today, with no real movement and 3 players hold at the top of L2 all day, bid gaps, then tight bids..then lower price...and then this "better days are coming" message shows up after a lower close and the dreaded "death cross" clearly prevalent on the trend. Not to mention the big run on Monday, that now seems null in void...the chart tells all, does it not? Unless it's manipulated...I'd guess. Then it tells you what they want it to.

Seems more and more like this is all a smokescreen...which, when watching the stock go down in value, makes it more suspicious when someone comes on saying "hold on...don't sell..."

Why?

One reason, maybe they're experienced, they've seen this before..patience pays off...

Well, in my infinite noob wisdom, I also asked myself this:

Maybe it's because you/they (whatever at this point) need the price to climb back up to make up for your losses as you know the noobie pool has dried up and the smart ones have invested elsewhere, or you have too many shares you're holding (MM) and no buy orders to unload them..which would put you upside down??
Maybe to cover shorts?? I honestly am not very versed in the short process...but learning, and learning about the MM's and what they do..or don't do for that matter. All of this stuff is swirling around in my head..and if I'm incorrect in my assumptions, please forgive me and feel free to tell me where I went wrong in my thinking.

Maybe you're holding a ton and just want more profit, ie make it look strong by encouraging others to hold tight? I mean, we all want something out of it, that's why we're here.

Again, noob just thinking and maybe thinking incorrectly...but when you watch KATX, and Pacific actually getting interest and orders being placed all day long, why no action here? The sector is RED HOT! Minimal interest at best if anything with SNEY the last few days, except for the Monday/Tuesday runs..which could be real, or could be helped along...and posts like "hold on to it...hold on to it, you'll be sorry if you bail...." after it loses like 30% in two days. Maybe it's patience I need...

You'd think, if this were such a real value, that all those that are in the other two would be buying up a ton of shares all day long at these prices...correct??? Well, all those that were actually investing, or even daytrading...meaning you'd see action all day long.
Instead, it comes in spurts...or not at all.

Maybe there are, and maybe they have been loading up, maybe I can't see the forest through the trees..I don't know. I read the posts of "just got more, thanks for the cheapies...", but again, how do I trust that, with everything else glaring at me telling me it's all manipulation? Could be a MM making a true statement.."just loaded up on more..." Well, yeah, you hold them all the time anyway...buying up short positions and making a killing...which poses another question: You load up on shorts..whose to say you're not dropping the price via Bid/Ask to shake people out to get more shares when they bail, to supply your customer orders so you can look good and make money and keep in their good graces to get more business thrown your way?

Not to mention the new folks, looking to play in pennyland, would surely put two and two together and grab a gold mining company stock, a hot item currently, that proposes a huge plot of land with an insane potential, at an incredibly cheap price..correct? Where are they??

The amount of shares out there, little interest, no price movement...doesn't bode well if someone is doing their DD to get into it.
Of course, I knew nothing of the in depth research needed...but man, I do now...u can believe that shit!

I'm trying to learn, so I ask questions. It's what I do.
I feel it's my money, I have a right to.
I'm not here to bash, I'm here to learn.
I don't pick sides, I don't care.

I just want to know why, if this is sooooo good, and has soooo many buys vs. sells as stated in posts, yet the price goes nowhere? And I think I understand consolidation, but two days is usually the norm, from what I've read...then it falls on the third day?...doesn't make sense. Another thing, maybe on a positive note, is that it held it's own under heavy selling today, before a weekend...but, I go back to "what is really going on behind the scenes?" Why did it sell heavily, yet hold support? I'll obviously never know, but it's something I've asked myself none the less.

The whole Market Maker thing has me totally spun up. Who, how, what does one put faith in when trying to learn??? You think it's good, you think you've researched it...you see the trend...you get in, and then everything stops. Makes no sense to me. If we're all holding, waiting on this info, it had better be good, correct? I mean, you want money, same as me. Right?

News forthcoming, cheapo price, great piece of land, great relationship locally, all the goods seem to be there and in place to get going...yet no action. Of course, all of that PR is just hype...no concrete evidence has surfaced yet. Maybe that's it? Lots of questions that I wish I'd asked before I dumped my money, and then found them on this board. Wish I would've waited, but no matter...full steam ahead. So thanks to those that posted them.

Maybe I'll eat my words...if so, I'll grab a bowl and a spoon and be the first one at the table...Im big enough to admit when I'm wrong, that's for sure.

But I just dont get it...and maybe I never will if no one feels like explaining it. Then again, if it's BS, then I don't expect anyone to say anything...not like you're gonna give away the play, right? That wouldn't make you money.

Yep..it's frustration talking. That's all. Like I said, I'm not pissed at anyone or anything specifically, this isn't directed at anyone other than those who are manipulating, if that's even what is going on, I'm just frustrated that while trying to learn the right way to do it, I run across things that just don't make sense.

What good is a board if you don't learn from it?

Then again, maybe the board is just another tool in the napsack of the MMs?? Just makes me wonder. And please believe me when I say, I look for the good in folks...I don't just assume that they're out to get me. Maybe I should.

I'm holding, like I said. Hoping for interest like the start of last week...but something tells me not to expect too much. More so to watch for the email when my stops are triggered.

Again, I mean no offense to anyone. I'm simply asking questions that I'm curious about. I got in, I have a pair..I'm not pissing and moaning because this hasn't moved in a while...or because I lost money. I'm frustrated with thinking I'm learning, only to find out how and what I'm learning may not even apply or even worse, is total bullshit. You come to a forum to learn, most of the time. But this, this is a bit different. There's money involved. The guy on the other end of the message may or may not have your best interest at hand, and may be actually trying to help you..but again, there's money involved. It does things to people. So what do you do?

It's just you think you're ready to get in, then you watch this type of thing happen all week, and read up on certain things that take place that you never hear about...kinda gets your mind going. Especially when your money is going bye bye...

If you're offended, and are going to come at me with all sorts of bashes and such...please, save it. I may read them, but you won't hear from me so you'll be wasting your energy. If you have positive comments, or can tell me where I went wrong in a civil manner, I'm all ears.

Hope is just a glimmer anymore, but it's still there.

Thanks for reading, have a great weekend and enjoy your family and friends as much as possible.

truly, PEACE!
