I expect to see .10 on Monday and much more after that.

News about 'bill of sale' imo will be followed by:


SEC Filing to bring filings up-to-date and get back on the OTCBB.

Information Statement (I/S) to announce the new shareholders/owners and intent. There are 150M A/S to play with and only 55M O/S.

Filing (8K) to announce the Private Company (PC) going public through PFOB.

All three can be done fairly quickly by the right people.

I am reminded of a song - "We've Only Just Begun"
