It won't be the first time!

PFOB Filing Date Forward (12/19/08)

Please note the heavy buying which began in early October 2009 and lasted through January 2010 with activity nearly every day (after being nearly dormant for months). A strong accumulation trend began at the same time.

The motion to reopen the case was not filed until 3/05/10. Trading volume really began to slow down after the order was entered on 4/19/10. Does anyone want to venture a guess who the big buyer might have been? Just a theory of mine.

Normal price decay set in after several weeks of no new events. This often occurs in event driven opportunities (the same thing recently happened to CALCQ, although it is also "tax loss selling" season). The 50-day SMA then crossed under the 200-day SMA in late June, which signaled "sell" to TA followers. For those following a "story", this is usually the best time to buy.

I just wished I had found this one earlier.
