well here's how I look at it. The article was dated Nov 2010. So it is not a pre drill article.

Second, the lawyers involved appear to be STP's lawyers, with whom this reporter has interviewed. That is quite different, isn't it?

Third, the word "discovered" is used, meaning found.

Fourth, Peter Ntephe is a lawyer, and most likely talks to lawyers.

Could it be that the circle of lawyers inadvertently blurbed something to this reporter who covers lawyers?
