OK. lets discuss a bunch of lawyer talk. Also, lets discuss the fact that lots of articles have come out recently talking about 11 billion barrels of oil. But all those articles are referencing people's hopes from before drilling. Based on seismics only.

But, it would be super super nice if this is just the beginning of a trickle of good news from people involved that turns into a flood and then official news.

Either paragraph above might be accurate. I don't know which is.
