Make no mistake, 8000inc has the opportunity of a lifetime right now. Yes, we are all devastated that the stock was halted - but 1. if the company has done what is right and 'kept it's nose clean' in all this then the investigation should be fine. 2.Unfortunately a certain group of people has been contacting the SEC at the rate of 100 calls per day to complain about EIGH to the point where they had no choice but to investigate. These people certainly know the system and how to manipulate it and they do it very well.

Now EIGH has the opportunity for the next couple weeks to provide the SEC their information, prove their innocence and defend the statements made in the PR's and Newsletters. If I'm not mistaken one of the items in their PR's may relate to a stated short position..... hmmmmm.... I wonder if the SEC will turn a blind eye to that if it is proven to be true?

This story isn't over and this company isn't dead. It's quite real.... 3.Don't lose hope and don't give up the faith.

1. ...it wouldn't have been suspended and be under formal investigation. maybe they get out ok, but odds are against them. formal investigations don't happen w/o preliminary investigations, and something must look off

2. Source? The SEC doesn't say that anywhere. And they don't suspend stocks simply because people complain.

3. Uh oh. There are those two words again, "hope" and "faith." Did EIGH move from a "Monk FLD" to a "hope stock?"
