I understand that the company is complying fully with the SEC and will have to provide all information needed which will include the stock audit. This should lead to the investigation of the shorts by the SEC and this will also mean that anyone who has a vested interest or has received payment by the company at any time since its inception will have serious cause for concern. I believe this will be relevant to at least a couple of posters if they have received stock for promotion of the company and have not declared this.
