I thought the guns blazing should have been in the report, not depend on SS to do it for him.

Why does he need to cover his ass? Speak the truth, thats what we hired him for.

Could it be that HUSHBERG's report was phrased in such way, of course covering his a$$ in the process, to give SS enough ammunition to go forward with guns blazing.
