For me it was the dividend of $.10 when it was trading around $.30. Everyone should have known, the believers where even say "I've never seen a .pk offer a dividend, that's why I love EIGH." Logic, what makes you think if it's never happened before that its going to happen now. On the other hand the stock dividend would have been believable.

Just watch an episode of American Greed on CNBC one time and tell me if you can't picture Jerry Williams on there. It's a classic case of if it sounds too good..... And yes he is playing the con all the way to the end.
