Disagee. Needed to wait until after the mid-term elections settled down, and Matt could see the new political landscape.

I work the political system everyday, and timing is everything.

Edit: You'll notice the 2 levels of government that PR addresses, the levels most changed by the elections. And it makes a point of the bi-partisan effort in the house.
