All the PRs from this company were very strange to me beginning with the one last Spring concerning their surprise at discovering 2 million $ in their bank account or something like that.

But honestly it appeared to be "island speak" by someone not familiar with financial terms. I didn't think then nor do I now think they were being dishonest. But its all very strange, and now the SEC is taking a look.

I wonder what or who brought this to their attention? With the oceans of crapola PRs floating the pinks why pinpoint EIGH?

I own shares of a company that NEVER paid its highly touted declared dividend, EIGH was honest enough to admit an error.
