Who knows where Real Estate is “BOOMING” in North America ILVC seems to be observing such.

Good Morning Traders I want to point out some things from the latest news released by Intelligent Living Corporation. You could possibly turn a long time profit by investing in a company such as this. The head of its Sector, and creating a Boom in the real Estate Vancouver Canada.

1. “Company and Smallworks Studios & Laneway Housing, Inc. (“Smallworks”) have agreed on terms for the formation of a joint venture targeting B.C.`s booming small home market.”

2. “Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation`s recently released Greater Vancouver September housing start data show a year-on-year increase of over 90%. These data parallel the Teranet-National Index which shows an August year-on-year home sales price increase of 11.8% for Greater Vancouver, pushing prices towards an all time high. ”

3. “The laneway housing initiative is densifying Vancouver`s urban environment with affordable, green, energy efficient infill housing at a time when people are looking for low-risk options for their aging parents, for adult children priced out of the housing market or for rental income,” stated Michael Holloran, CEO ILVC. “Our joint venture with Smallworks is designed to capitalize on our collective capabilities and deliver our $20 million annual revenue target. The laneway housing initiative fits these goals perfectly and we are now moving ahead to complete the Definitive Joint Venture Agreement.”"

Anyone who thinks deeper about these 3 keypoints, and make smart decisions in their investments could find this one to be a double or possible triple bagger.

PRESS RELEASE

Nov. 3, 2010, 9:02 a.m. EDT

Intelligent Living and Smallworks Partner to Target B.C.’s Booming Small Home Market

VANCOUVER, BC, Nov 03, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) — Intelligent Living Corp. (“ILVC”),(ILVC 0.01, 0.00, -2.06%), a leading automation and technology solutions provider utilizing green building practices, today announced that the Company and Smallworks Studios & Laneway Housing, Inc. (“Smallworks”) have agreed on terms for the formation of a joint venture targeting B.C.’s booming small home market.

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s recently released Greater Vancouver September housing start data show a year-on-year increase of over 90%. These data parallel the Teranet-National Index which shows an August year-on-year home sales price increase of 11.8% for Greater Vancouver, pushing prices towards an all time high. These data are in stark contrast to the US housing market which has declined 29% from peak prices 4 years ago and remains in a deep recession. Driven in part by offshore buyers and fueled by the momentum of the Winter Olympics, the demand for Greater Vancouver real estate has sustained strong new home construction and resale markets and created the opportunity and need for affordable infill housing.

“The laneway housing initiative is densifying Vancouver’s urban environment with affordable, green, energy efficient infill housing at a time when people are looking for low-risk options for their aging parents, for adult children priced out of the housing market or for rental income,” stated Michael Holloran, CEO ILVC. “Our joint venture with Smallworks is designed to capitalize on our collective capabilities and deliver our $20 million annual revenue target. The laneway housing initiative fits these goals perfectly and we are now moving ahead to complete the Definitive Joint Venture Agreement.”
