Conversation with CEO

Yesterday I spoke with Mr Fytton. It was a very positive and upbeat conversation and I'm very excited for what lies ahead. He appeared to be extremely busy and was often pulled away to answer other calls. You could sense in the conversation how excited he was for what IGSM has to offer.

First and foremost he emphasized becoming fully reporting and compliant. He mentioned the 10q and that he has every intention of filing by November 15th. He stressed that the lack of news and contact from the company is due to the auditing and uplisting process. Clear and strict instructions from auditors and lawyers mean that no material event, change, or update can be released from this company until the filing is complete. He said he understood investor's frustrations with the lack of company news and share price. Shareholders should remain patient as we are less than two weeks away from the due date of the 10q.

I have spoken to countless CEOs in the past. This conversation was easily one of the best I've had with a CEO. Mr Fytton is very intelligent and personable. As a shareholder I have the utmost confidence in him to get this company uplisted and to move in the right direction.
