I've watched a few of these immediately after resuming trading. In most if not all cases everyone and their mothers put in market sell orders trying to beat the mass exodus dropping it by about 90-95% immediately...then it recovers a small amount for a short while when a few futily try to average down and some try to play the bounce. In the weeks to come volume dries up and permanent subpenny is pretty much a sure thing.
