you guys crack me up n what are you going to file it under? he lied to you? well, to someone who said he talked on the phone with the CEO and he told someone else who posted on the board information that didn't happen...that your investment didn't go thru..that you called him and he never answers the phone...every CEO in pink land would be getting sued if that was the case..I will never be included with people who sue over chances they took "chances" meaning i got into it knowing it was a win-loose thing...save yourself the embarrassment and just wait it out...it will take awhile but let it work...invest in some other stocks I hope CYSG is not the only stock you have? its not healthy...get two or three to keep from being over anxious.....of course JMO
