How would someone contact HRCT's BOD to threaten legal action? The www.hartcourt.com domain is gone. Email won't work. Office is closed and they have probably all resigned

"I think we should all write a mail to the HRCT-BOD´s and tell them what we know and that we are ready to prepare legal steps."
