HRCT-Situation:
Victor Zhou was arrested for doing "Fraud Charges". If he is still in prison....we don´t know.
Wilson Li resigned his job for ~ 3 month. He wanted the BOD´s to install a new CEO, but the BOD´s did not agree with that.
HRCT left the office several month ago....the new place is unknown.
The telephone number from the latest 8-K belongs now to Sino-Canada !!??
The Sino-Canada-Deal failed because Victor could not deliver the promised numbers of shares (what ever this means)
Ross Yuan (Sino-Canda) is still interested to merge with HRCT (we don´t know how old this information is)
A new player is in the game....somebody is looking for an chinese automobile supplier for a shell at the OTCBB or Pink Sheets. And now he was offered HRCT as a possible candidate.
That is the situation !!!
I think we should all write a mail to the HRCT-BOD´s and tell them what we know and that we are ready to prepare legal steps.
Maybe this pressure will arange them to give a lifesign.
