AVNR -I had an uncle who was afflicted with this. He had suffered a stroke and after the stroke this happened a lot. I remember going to see him in the hospital right after his stroke and telling him a funny story about how I took a lawnmower into the store for repair and when I went to pick it up I found out they sold the mower as a used lawnmower. My uncle wanted to laugh but instead he cried. We knew he was laughing inside but the PBA caused him to cry.

We had no name for PBA at the time. He went on like this for several years until his death. He was around a lot of good and loving people so it was not an issue. And we had many funny stories to tell about this as well. But in the end it was not a good experience for him. He was a proud WWII marine who fought in the South Pacific. He was a good man and it is sad that he had to suffer this way. Could not control his emotions. Good for AVNR, Good for PBA sufferers, Good for AVNR stock holders. All are winners.
