I can't post a Glenn Beck video because I'm afraid if I do...something terrible might happen to me in this or perhaps an after life...however, as I realize the intent is a noble one I will offer help as to how you can post it (it's the give a man a fish vs. teach him how to fish thing)
step 1) first type in the following: [*yt] (NOTE: WITHOUT THE ASTERISK)
step 2) then go to the youtube header of the video and select and copy the section after the equal sign (=). In this case it would be this bolded section www.youtube.com/watch?v=gk33gnUvCgc&feature=player_embedded
step 3) insert that section after the entry mentioned in step 1
step 4) type: [/yt]
and that's all. it should embed the video then.
