It depends on who it is...if it is a poor long term investor who invested 5-6 figures and never made a cent profit off of what is now known to have been a scam right from the beginning ...that is nothing compared to what they have lost.

I hope investors are continuing to ask about the status of this case (more specifically as the enforcement and collections on judgments rendered)...it would be a shame if the SEC did not enforce or go after trying to collect on the judgment simply because there was a notion that the investors did not care or had moved on. I had read that usually the lack of investor voices or concerns have lead to SEC not following through with the collection of ill-gotten funds and successful establishment of fair funds account for those investors. I hope this is not true, but how many investors here still stay on top of the status and remind the SEC we are still here waiting?
