Okay. For what it's worth. My take:

Monthly, weekly, daily charts: All AAA+.

VTSI has spent the last 13 months consolidating. Boring, but
true, none the less. The last 12 days -- on the daily -- a wonderful,
tight, little flag pattern, just above the support/resistance line @ 7cents.
...departure appears eminent.

What the hell, fundamentals -- so robust -- VTSI should be
moving into Deep Space by now. All it needs is a catalyst: Maybe a
generous chunk of LOCKHEED-MARTINS latest BIG GOVERNMENT
contract. If LM loves us, nows a good time to tell the...world!
