Chicago - Non-profit organizations that solicit charitable contributions on Chicago streets would pay $10-a-day for the privilege — and their solicitors would be required to wear reflective vests — under an ordinance proposed Wednesday by Finance Committee Chairman Edward M. Burke (14th).
I just hope there is a reserved spot in Dante's Inferno for Edward M. Burke.
