But Don isn't it the EC who filed the document under seal...so can't they just ask the court to release it from being under seal?

Would the EC fight against the shareholders request to get the document unsealed. I mean it does not hurt them so I would think they wouldn't, but since they sealed it wouldn't they have to support why it should remain sealed, otherwise they would have just put in their own motion to do so to expose whatever it was in light of the ExR?

Hope my long as question/thought process makes sense!
