That is NOT the attorney letter that we are waiting on.

Read the site again. The 11/2 attorney letter was made inactive and the 11/3 letter active. I just talked to OTC.

What happened was that there was an error in the 11/2 letter turned in yesterday and the attorney corrected the error this morning, which is why you see a 11/3 date.

As of 1:00pm eastern time today, 11/3, we are still waiting on another updated attorney letter to be turned in when the bylaws are submitted.

Nothing has changed from what I said this morning
