That is actually a really good question. It is possible that the attorney did not expect OTC to handle it so quickly yesterday since it was late in the day and dated it for today expecting it to not be dealt with until then.

It is also possible that this is removed this morning

I did not read the letter yesterday, only saw that it was posted. If there is someone that knows with absolute certainty that the one posted yesterday did not have today's date on it then I would say that we are about to be brought current.

If nobody is 100% then I would error on the side of caution and say that they still need to send in the bylaws.
