Update from OTC

There was a MINOR issue with the 2nd round of information. Apparently when they submitted everything they did not include their bylaws.

Once the company sends in their bylaws and updates the attorney letter they will be moved to Current status, so my contact told me that it is nothing major at all, it is just that they forgot to put it in the paperwork.

So, with that being said, it depends on how long it takes SMPP to send in the bylaws, if they get them and the new attorney letter in today then it will more than likely be brought current today, otherwise, it is up to the company as to when it is brought current.
