I honestly don't think this is a Fraud. I do bnelieve Matt has a plan and surprise in place. I can't imagine that someone that plans to screw investors would put his pics out in public like he does and also havne the Las Vegas Development council involved as far is helping them with the location set up.

I do expect some big news over the next couple of weeks now that the elections are over.
