So what? Because Canadians was "moderately" interested to acquire east cost branches of WaMu for $30B, now do you think JMPC will give us $30B or even $60B since they got west cost branches as well?!?!? Do you know how many lawyers you can get for only $1B?!??!

I am long here as you are and I sold only few shares only once. I never flipped this stock but look at the examiner's report he plainly states that the current POR is the best deal for WMI.

I am sorry but I do not see any hope here anymore. I am NOT gonna sell my shares but at the same time I do not see anything to give me some hope anymore. Examiner was a good one and gave us all a lot of hope but that turned out to be nothing but a false report filed by a very experienced team of lawyers.

I am sorry to write this.
