The Truth! The court appointed examiner has concluded the settlement between WMI,FDIC,and JPM was fair and reasonable. These conclusions mean it is highly probable the POR will be approved possibly as soon as December first. It is not completely certain, but it is the most likely outcome by far given the independent examiners report. The court is likely to view the examiners conclusions as credible despite all the complaints,and criticisms voiced on this board. We will all know soon enough, but a reasonable assessment of the current situation should guide our actions.
