The words of a gentlemen, well said.

But, the final act, the one that will be the end result of everything discussed on here for the past year and a half, is still a mystery.

What will class 13a (holders of common stock; the owners of the company; us little guys and the big hedge funds) get?

That's been the single, dominant question of this whole thing and it is still unanswered.
