Yeah, but with shareholders stressed out and dropping dead waiting for announcements that are never coming something has to be done for their own good.
The cease and desist order sounds like a good idea.

Unfortunately for Dumb and Dumber, they don't realize that they are now "really" on the Homeland Security watch list. I would consider them as "Financial Terrorists" with the BOA under surveilance....
It was all fun and games when Cottrell was pumping Leo Wanta, but now that he's got his Stooge, Al Hodges pulling all the attention of the CMKX Sheeple, the harassment of BOA officials and employees has gotten out of hand. With this increased pressure on BOA, their patience with Mr. Hodges, et al. will eventually come to an end....I believe a cease and desist order will be presented to them with a demand to explain themselves to shareholders to stop badgering BOA
