Dear Shareholder,

In light of recent requests, the company will be issuing ahead of plan its first newsletter directly to its shareholders tomorrow, Wednesday November 3rd. We will attempt to have the newsletter distributed before 12 noon.

The newsletter will contain background information, details of developments and specifically the stock audit findings. As will become apparent, the company will not provide its interpretation of the audit, it will provide the facts and allow you all to interpret freely, but the information is compelling.
