This asset list is NOT that complicated. A five year old could figure it out. WMI new what it had before the seizure. They KNOW what they have now. The difference is what the FDIC seized. WMI also knew where all the subsidiaries aligned so they know who owned what.

We don't have a list because no one wants us to have one. End of discussion.

I have lost faith. I have been patient and hopeful, but I truly believe we will probably not have justice here now. The last glimmer of hope is fading.

I certainly hope I'm wrong and I have not yet sold. My determination to hold is now under constant review and consideration. We'll see, but I may not be able to hold out much longer.
