What if there is nothing good to say, or no good way to explain it? They would keep quiet like they are doing IMO. I don't think the company is directly diluting here, I think the dilution involves an individual who loaned the company money under a deal to convert the debt to shares. There has been large volume which I don't think is all retail, but perhaps company insiders that knew about the conversion and wanted to scoop up cheaper shares or help support the share price.
