No it wouldn't and shouldn't for that matter. This you already know.

Large companies have complete control over who can use there name in a PR for contracts....most big companies will not approve of their name being used in this manner.

You state your information as fact though, so please provide some concrete evidence to support your conjecture regarding MOPN.
