I still think people should calm down. I think the examiner did as he was supposed to and needed more time (don't most examinations take over 6 months, right?). Plus all that about the FDIC giving us the finger probably does implicate them somewhat but might end up dragging on for god knows how many more years.

Maybe this is his way of pushing for a trustee since he did not have time and they would probably have all the time in the world. And, does the FDIC have some kind of power over the Department of Justice? I'm guessing it doesn't. Everything has its place.

That was kind of random, but I'm tired and have to help cover elections tomorrow morning...shoot me now, it'll be easier!
