I am a fan of the Teddy Roosevelt school of thought - "Speak softly and carry a big stick." I read a lot of what is posted and most filings, then post when I think I can help. I find that cooler heads tend to prevail in trying circumstances. I will say that I do not think this report spells the end for us, just that I think it pushes us into the next step. That being, in my opinion, a motion for a trustee, since he probably did not have the time, and probably did not find the evidence he needs to draw any more decisive conclusions. All in my opinion of course (I claim sanctuary - lol).
