I remember imperativity... from what I understand the float increased back then due to someone else selling their shares and not directly due to Charlie selling into the market. I don't think that Charlie was too happy about it either and it didn't seem to be something he could control.

For us...it doesn't matter who does the selling it still has the same affect when the float increases which is frustrating to say the least.

I would think that by now (or even before) Charlie realizes how important it is to keep the float this low because if it continues to increase from here it won't matter how good the news is the pps will remain low and become more easily manipulated by the MM's.

Just the fact that Charlie didn't pay Wall Street Corner in shares is a good sign to me that Charlie understands the importance of keeping the float 51 or below. Otherwise he would have just handed out shares to Wall Street. Just like every other pink sheet CEO tends to do.

Anyway, just my opinion.

All the best to you too.

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
My opinions are my own. You have to decide and do what's best for you.
