The only suit of merit was the BK Prove_It2 and Gib was too busy spinning behind the scenes stories of grandiose baloney to give a crap about coming up with a plan to avoid the BK judgement.

So let a select few remaining s/h's mistakenly believe that filing any lawsuits now matters...when you and I both know EFFC is a BK'd shell which the mighty savior Gib had a full year and a half to do something with...but chose to do nothing publicly because he was far too busy pretending he was putting together some grand secret plan behind the scenes EXACTLY like RH used to do ugh!
