The real question is why they claimed that all previous negative issues had been resolved when this PR shows that they clearly were not.

And comma or not, I believe that the settlement is for $25,000 plus expenses, not for the whole 4 million. Just a mistake in the PR, IMO.

But why in the world would they need to break down $25,000 into payments?! If there were any Chinese consortium with big bucks backing this, they would clear it immediately- heck, maybe they need me to make them a loan. LOL Very telling.
