Any Transfer agent providing misinformation about not being the TA for a particular stock should be held liable. "I immediately asked who the transfer agent was and multiple Schwab personnel went from "we don't know" to "we are not allowed to say" to finally upon the threat of litigation, informed me that it was Pacific Stock Transfer of Las Vegas. |

So now we know that the Pacific Stock TA is the primary TA for CMKX.

This is suppose to be a professional organization that provided accurate information to the shareholders and not false lies to deter people and simply wipe out their shares from the system all together where they know there is still value in CIM.

It would be nice to see someone recording some conversations they have and to communicate this to the authorities!

Secondly

Its nice to see people going to jail finally, but perhaps we could post some pictures around for Bubba to help him find his new target in the showers for picking up soap multiple times.
Jail and Soap are a wonderful combination and they deserve lots of soap considering that have not cooperated in returning our money.

Third but most important is ...
Why is the CMKX CEO not updating us on tracking down any of our money, especially the millions that went missing using accounts that were authorized by the Bank ?
Why is the Bank not doing anything to deal with the fraud that they have assisted in being commited using their own employees ?

Its not going to get better but only worse if these organizations keep delaying fixing their broken systems and failging to put some use their insurance to compensate their customers...

Follow the money trail and lets get our Money back guys!

I know it sounds hard but anything can be done as long as there are people willing to fight for a cause.
