you think when urban finally shows up at trial, he'll be a witness for the prosecution?

CHUNKY44, so far there is nothing in Urban's history to suggest he is cooperating with the authorities. He has left a trail of invoking his 5th amendments and many default judgements. We also hear that the authorities are actively seeking extradition from Canada.

According to the indictments Urban is charge with some of the most serious allegations. It was Urban who lured the investors into this scam. He was the front man. The amount he is accused of stealing is also the highest. IMO, it is very doubtful Urban will be a witness for the prosecution.
