He had a lot of nerve. And he was really nuts.

More like criminally insane.

The depositions he gave to the SEC were beyond hilarious.

The first time I read the depositions it took forever because of all the breaks for laughing too hard. The second time was no better. It was like a comedy routine where the SEC attorneys were unwilling straight men setting up Mad Mikey crazy stories. Their frustration was so obvious it made Sylver's testimony funnier. He just ranted on and on about the most inane things.

BTW, do you know if Mad Mikey testified on the witness stand for his trial? The image of a jury listening to his BS is enough to make you spew nachos across the room. ;)
