THE REPORTER MISSED IT. HE SAID 15 % IN LIGHT TRADING, THAT IS PATILLY CORRECT. AH, BEFORE TRADING WAS HALTED. BUT THE REPORTER FAILED TO MENTION WHAT HAPPENED AFTER TRADING WAS HALTED. I HOPE THIS ANSWERS THE QUESTION.
