That is a problem for me. In all of your examples, it seems that we as shareholders of BDGR USA keep paying all of the expenses of projects that we have a minority interest.

It is VERY disconcerting to me that we keep paying inappropriate amounts for "Partnerships" that our management has conflicting interests in.

I call it theft, others call it smart business practice. Guess it depends on which side of the fence you are on.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
