Mav I really don't see another NXHD R/S happening this year...as they've already had a 1:2000 R/S in February this year...Mostly unreported...it did show at OTCBB...so they've had their R/S dance for the year - http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=NXHD&dDate=2/23/2010&sDateType=ex_date

CEO Surber as well as most CEO's can only go so far between "pumping" and the SEC...He's pretty much laid-out the situation in the July PR regarding "Share Status" and the DTC "Chill"...and seems quite clear in phone/emails...he doesn't expect the Chill to be lifted before early 2011...
