Regarding the latest news release:
1. Is the Cotton Valley lease owned by the Canadian company as indicated in the CA corp financials or do current shareholders have an actual working/revenue interest in this project?

2. How confident is the company that a spacing variance will be issued from the State.

3. Due to the high "miss rate" in the area, will the company be comitted to drill eight wells with the winning bidder regardless of success?
