PR says in essence?
"We're getting bids on a project." Is that REALLY newsworthy? I don't see the same from other oil and gas companies.
"Our big money maker is now a fail."
"Contracts that were all but a done deal are now being revised." No timeframe after the very definite Oct. 27?

My takeaway is that even though it seems impossible, they are actually in worse shape now than they were.
Anyone else read this?
